A grid trading tool for crypto markets. A grid strategy works a ladder of orders across a price range, and most of the work went into how it behaves in a falling market: keeping individual losses small so it is still in position when the market turns.

Etsy Skool Community
A community engagement tool. It flags new posts, drafts the reply and hands it back to be edited or confirmed rather than posting by itself. It runs from Telegram or Discord, so keeping a community alive does not mean sitting in a browser tab.

A communication and compliance tool for UK residential care homes, built to the NHS England Accessible Information Standard. Every resident has a profile describing how they need to be communicated with, and it reaches carers on a handset that keeps working with no signal.

A measurement instrument for bitcoin market cycles. It reads on-chain, miner, technical and sentiment indicators, ranks each against its own history, and combines them into one reading of how far conditions sit from past cycle turns. Not advice.

A product build and mockup tool for listings at scale. It turns a design into the product images and listing assets needed to put a new item live, so extending a range is a batch job rather than a photoshoot. Built for one store, and deployed with it.

A scheduling and sourcing tool built for recruitment agencies. One shared diary across a team keeps interviews and calls from clashing, and a job scraper pulls new roles from client sites into one list rather than ten open tabs to check every morning.
